2. Collection and processing of personal data
We collect personal data that you provide to us voluntarily, in particular via:
- the sourcing request form on this website
- e-mail correspondence
- WhatsApp messages (WhatsApp Business)
- Instagram or Facebook direct messages
This data may include: name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, destination country and the content of your enquiry, quotation and order communication.
The sourcing request form on this website does not store any data on a server of ours. Depending on the configuration it either opens your own e-mail program with the request prefilled, or transmits the request to a form service that forwards it to our mailbox. In both cases the data is processed only to answer your request.
3. Purpose of processing
The data you provide is processed exclusively for the following purposes:
- answering your enquiries and preparing quotations
- communication regarding enquiries, contracts, invoices and shipments
- performing a contract, including passing on the data required for transport and customs clearance to the logistics providers involved
Your data is not used for advertising purposes and is not passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Disclosure of data
Your personal data is passed on to third parties only insofar as this is necessary to perform a contract:
- Logistics providers: the customs broker, freight forwarder or carrier named in the specific quotation receives the data required to perform the shipment.
- Payment providers: for bank transfers, the banks involved process the transfer data.
No further disclosure to third parties takes place.
5. Storage and deletion
We store your data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or where statutory retention obligations apply (for example tax and commercial documentation). The data is then deleted.
6. Your rights
You have the right at any time to:
- information about the data stored about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of your data, insofar as no statutory retention obligations apply
- restriction of processing
- objection to processing
- data portability

7. Cookies, fonts and tracking
This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics tools or advertising technologies. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; when they are loaded, your browser transmits technical access data (such as your IP address) to Google. Google's privacy policy applies to that processing. The site otherwise runs without cookies and without user profiles.
8. Hosting
This website is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). When you access the site, the hosting provider processes technical access data (IP address, time of access, page requested, browser type) in server logs in order to deliver the site securely. GitHub's privacy statement applies to that processing.
9. WhatsApp Business
When you communicate with us via WhatsApp, the data protection provisions of Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (WhatsApp) apply in addition. WhatsApp requires your telephone number to process messages. Using WhatsApp for business communication is voluntary; e-mail is always available as an alternative.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy to reflect changes in the legal framework or new website functions. The current version is always available on this page.
